Thursday: Training groups meet all day.
Luncheon speaker, PRIVP Greg Podd, “Membership."
Evening, All Rotarian Reception, Major Donor Reception, Paul Harris Society Reception. Governor Class Reunion Dinner including all other Rotarians/spouses.
The theme, "A New Ballgame--Connecting Rotary Leaders Past, Present and Future."
 
Friday: Training all morning, including DGs and PDG Forum.
All Club Luncheon at noon, including local clubs, speaker, PRID Larry Lunsford.
  Plenary Session 1: RIPE—Holger Knaack, "New Face of Rotary--Rotaractors."
 Plenary Session 2: Membership Panel, ECO Club, Houston Membership Pilot. Membership awards.
 Plenary Session 3: Foundation, PRIVP Jennifer Jones, Moderator. Leveraging Districts, Interact Projects, Refugee Settlement Projects. Foundation awards.
Council on Legislation Review--PRIVP Podd.
All Rotarian Dinner, Theme, "Kansas City Blues and Bar-B-Que" Speaker Past RI General Secretary Ed Futa. Local blues band.
 
Saturday: Plenary 4: Strategic Planning, RID Stephanie Urchick.
  Plenary 5: Public Image Panel, Moderators Eric Liu, Linda Peterson, Kathy Fahy. Pat O'Donnell, Multiple-District "People of Action" campaign. Public Image awards.
  Plenary 6: Moderator RIDE Suzi Howe, Peace Fellow, Scholar Panel.
  Plenary 7: Speaker Ed Futa, "Rotary-UN History," Interactors at Model UN Conference. Five Year Financial Forecast: Jennifer Jones, Larry Dimmitt.
