Lodging
Although the Rotary room block is sold out, the Iberostar has created a waiting list. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please send an email to: groupsonline.ame@iberostar.com
Rooms are also available at the Seadust Hotel next door to the Iberostar. Click here to book a room in this facility and enter the code IR2026. These rooms are offered at an economical rate, but do not include any meals and beverages at the Iberostar. The cost of applicable meals and beverages is included in the registration fees charged for participants staying at the Seadust.

*The Facilitations Skills Coaching session will help you sharpen your facilitation skills. Through dynamic discussion sessions, hands-on activities, and real world practice opportunities, you'll build the confidence and techniques needed to lead engaging, productive meetings and learning events. Whether you're facilitating club discussions or district-wide events, this immersive experience will equip you with practical tools you can apply immediately.
** The Leadership Development session will help you lead with intention and discover your unique potential. Through this interactive experience, you will identify your personal strengths, master collaboration styles, and create an action plan to empower your team. You will be provided with the tools to unlock exciting leadership opportunities at every level and make a lasting difference in your community.
General Sessions
The general sessions on Friday & Saturday will include inspirational messages from RI President Yinka Babalola, RI President-Elect Larry Lunsford, and RI Trustee Carlos Sandoval. This is a unique opportunity to meet both RIP Yinka and RIPE Larry at the same event! We will also hear from the Chair of the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, Mike McGovern. You will learn about innovative new ways to grow Rotary, you’ll have an opportunity to meet potential new project partners from Mexico, Central America, and South America, and most importantly, you will expand your network of Rotary connections and make new friends.
